Experience
I have taught English/Dutch as a second language for more than 4 years, different ages, from only 4 years old to as old as 70 in countries such as Cambodia, Vietnam, the Netherlands and in Turkey. My approach is hands on and focuses on theory as well as a lot of practice. I find that the easiest way to learn a new language is by speaking it, even if you make mistakes. Having the courage to speak a foreign language means you're practically already half way.
